Chief Executive Officer, Clinical Director

Eric W. Maier, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LBA is the Chief Executive Officer, Clinical Director and Co-Founder of Behavioral CUSP, LLC. In 2004 he founded Behavioral CUSP with a focus to improve clinical outcomes for clients and families with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Dr. Maier received his Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Kansas. In 1999 he became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) and has been practicing as a behavior analyst for over 25 years. Dr. Maier's passion is to provide the highest quality behavioral services and to innovate behavioral treatment methods that transform the lives of individuals and their families.
